Hmmm, they don't have a proper Gpu for that. Maybe a quad core Krait paired with adreno 3xx in 2013? |

Update: Sony Mobile has got in touch to clear up that this is NOT a hardware announcement. Here’s the statement in full: “Sony Mobile Communications has no intentions of making a product announcement at this time. The event is intended to preview a new initiative launching in partnership with Major League Gaming and Gameloft.” So there you go, those longing for an Xperia PLAY 2 will have to hold on for a bit longer.

Question, what's preventing them from putting the internal guts from the Vita into a cell phone? We don't know if Sony is losing money on each Vita, but considering it's priced significantly lower than a mobile phone of that processing power and with a screen like that, I don't see why they couldn't do it. Of course maybe there are limitations on the Vitas internals that wouldn't work in a cell phone, I dunno... |

I think it's safe to say that the low end phones may be terrible. I don't get the point of these.They are u usually flop or consume time and money.I'd pick a 2011 XPERIA Mini or Mini Pro or even the Active over these any day.........  .
