I'm currently trawling the last 100 pages of the 2011 thread for things relevant to 2012. Bear with me, there's a lot to read and sift through.
It would help if missing info is reposted in here so there's less to read and I'll put it straight in the first post.

I think all 2012 phones looks the same. Or at least LT-phones.

According to rumors this is Nypon and the only differences to Nozomi is frontfacing camera placement, metal back cover and smaller overal dimensions of cource.

they announced they were discontinuing sony ericsson sync awhile back i think. i've never used it myself. i just use google's services

So if Aoba would have 13mp camera then Sony should consider equipping it with a real flash, or it would be a pointless having all those pixels wasted on lowlight and nightshots, I believe Sony should stop using the "harming its own lineup" reasoning if they want more brand distinction in the mobile world. Or are they just going to wait and see Apple announce iPhone 4s successor with Xenon flash or any features they are usually able to equip their phones with before they realize the need.

Isn't that the way it usually goes?
All it takes is for Apple or Samsung to launch a high-end phone with Xenon and Sony will have dropped the ball yet again.
Anyway, good luck with the thread Ricky - CES is gonna be massive by the looks of things. Hopefully, all the phones listed will be seen working at MWC in Feb.
