hi all i am having some problem with my p800 can anyone help ?
Actualy the problem is with the standby time and with talk time as the battery runs out in just 24 hours.
I have tried replacing the battery with a new original one but its still the same.
I am using a charger which sounds as sparking while i charge the phone could that be a problem? |

Hi,
Can i use my p800 for navigation. What are the requirements and what software etc., do i need to install.

GUYS...I THINK I HAVE THE MOST MAJOR PROBLEM HERE... I GOT MY P900 WAY BACK LAST YEAR.. THINGS ARE OKAY BUT SUDDENLY MY PHONE'S TOUCH SCREeN ISNT WORKING PROPERLY..AND AFTER 4 MONTHS.. TOTALLY, ITS NOT WORKING. AND BECAUSE OF THAT I CAN'T DELETE PICTURS, VIDEOS, DRAFT,OUTBOX SENT MESSAGES OR EVEN WORSE I CAN'T USE MOST OF P900'S MAJOR APPLICATION... FROM THEN ON EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO SPEND HUNDREADS OF BUCKS GOING TO A NEARBY CELLPHONE REPAIR HERE JUST TO REFORMAT MY PHONE... I AM TOTALLY GOING INSANE BECAUSE OF THIS.. IVE BEEN SEARCHING THE WHOLE NET TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY PHONE OR JUST SIMPLY TO FIND OUT THE "FORMAT CODE" I NEEDED..SO I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER HUBNDREAD OF BUCKS NEXT MONTH.
MY P900 NOW IS RUNNING AGAIN OUT OF PHNE MEMORY AND THE SAD THING IS THAT I CANT TRANSFER IT TO MY MEMORY CARD BECAUSE I HAVE TO USE THE TOUCH SCREEN TO DO DO..BUT AS I WROTE EARLIeR IS BROKEN SO I REALLY CANT..
PLEASE GUYS HELP ME...OR EVEN EVEN TELL ME THE FORMAT CODE..AND I WOULD REALLY BE A BIG HELP FOR ME...PLSE DO MAIL ME : ITSXOXO@YAHOO.COM

I saw your post concerning problems with the Satndby and talk time . If you haven't solved your problem yet I got a suggestion since I had the same problem and I think it was due to a virus transmited via bluetooth from a Nokia phone.
I had read somewhere on a Nokia site about a similar problem.
All i did was restore my P800 to a previous date then the one I had suspected I had been attacked by the virus and the phone worked great since then.
I just hope that you make frequent backups ( at least once a week is Sufficient).

Hello! How are you?So..your having a problem with your p800,right?
Bout your problem regarding the standby time and with talk time as the battery runs out in just 24 hours.That happens if your battery is old or it depends how you take care of your battery.
If you tried replacing the battery with a new original one but its still the same,maybe you have a backlight in your mobile phone that took a large amount in your battery or r Yu sure it's original?
Your using a charger which sounds as sparking while you charge the phone,maybe that could be a problem?why don't you try using other charger and observe if things change.Hope my advice help you with your problem,godbless!

guys i need to know what's the memory capacity can a P900 hold, is it only up to 128mb memory stick duo or can i use duo pro?

Sorry...the p900 only supports MS Duo...thats upto 128 MB.... But you can get it flashed with p910 firmware (unofficially) which will allow it to handle MS Pro Duo ..which is above 128 mb upto 2 gigs |
