Have you guys seen this before? Microsoft's Controversial Secure Boot feature is threatening the existence of other Operating Systems from loading on the same X86 computer system and the Free Software Foundation has issued a Petition to urge for us to stand up against the rather sinister act to lock down competition and to promote a rather "Nasty" act of monopoly on the Redmond based Software Giant.

What do you guys think and feel about it? I'm using Windows 7 and Ubuntu 11.10 as dual boot so this news really raised my eyebrows, i only knew few Linux users here (i.e. carkitter) so i don't know many would want to sign for this, but if you guys asked me i'm against Secure Boot as well for reasons stated above. Seeing this already gave me a negative impression about windows 8 and that I'm one of those who already think that Win8's gonna be the "Vista 2" but in a different way.
