Yes and when Windows phones turn off they say 'goodbye'. That was a real goodbye as it was dead :-/

Did you try keeping the charger connected for atleast 30 min before giving it over to nokia? I know even x10 mini pro did this. IT would feel as if the phone is dead. But after keeping the charger for a while it comes back to life.

Hans that's a bugger. It's quite old now you'd think they would send one sometimes it costs more to fix than send a new one. No problems with my white Lumia yet And Hans thanks for sending me the Cyan cover the same one I sent you But what will you use??

Ha s had one of the early batch of Lumia with the battery and other issues. Mine is perfect no issues at all
