Bloody phone has turned itself off 4 times in 3 days, When I restart it it sends a report to htc and it's fine for a while..... When this happened to my iPhone 4 I just restored it through iTunes..... Is there anything I can do similar to this?

Try backing it up and Restoring it back to factory,
if this still occurrs contact HTC or your Provider

Had high hopes when I first got it but it's the Worst phone I have ever had..... Wish I had got the Galaxy nexus or stuck with my iPhone 4...

Nothing new it still freezes and turns itself off as before.... I restored It but no luck.... Now "three" have it.....

On a 2 year contract, that's only 1/4 of the time. Lets say 6 hours per day. Excactly the time when you sleep 
6 months with a crap phone  you deserve a reward

Maybe I am being a bit harsh before the update when it worked it worked ok. 3 have agreed to let me upgrade early as I have been with them for years although I do have to pay a fee, Somit will be replaced soon by the Galaxy S3 or Htc one X

Three branding on Android phones is very minimal I have found. I have an Xperia U on Three and little branding with zero issues in the first week
