Dont be fooled by the CPU clockspeed, it has a MSM7230 chip with Adreno205 GPU like the Desire Z, so its just as good as the 1GHz phones.

Yeah its a very underated handset, the three LED indicators located at the top notify you of missed calls, new messages and low battery all without even unlocking the phone.

Camera build/quality of pics is respectable although not the best but that's expected from a 5MP Cam, couple of examples here...
