Now that halmer certificate is expired, Any other way to sign jar applications for SE?

I apologize for resurrecting a long dead thread, but I thought this was worth it (this discovery was quite a surprise for me).
Halmer cert is expired and one is not supposed to be able to install applications signed with it. On an attempt one gets an "Operation failed" shoved in his face.
But you can actually circumvent this simply by changing the date on your phone to before 2010-10-18.
Install your EQ Halmer signed app, then set the date back to current. That's it, you're good to go! ;)
