Does it play .mkv container? (thirdparty?, guess the remote wount work then) if not the hdmi for movies is kinda useless no one (including me) will not hazzle with reencode every movie for the phone

It really has a good design but...it seems that it's still laggy...too laggy for a 2011 android. |

Ehmm, with that horrible quality and bad framerate, how can you see if there is no lag?
That video is recorded at 10fps...it's impossible to notice if there is lag or not because the video itself isn't smooth enough:

Actually, there is something different in that vid compared to all other vids of the Arc I've seen.
As far as I can tell, the pictures in the timescape widget aren't refreshing every time the screens are swyped.
In other vids of the Arc, this reloading of the timescape widget is what seems to cause the lag. Maybe they have fixed that issue finally?
It certainly does seem to have less lag, low framerate or not..... |

This is much faster, especially the timescape app, however i keep noticing some lag while swyping through desktops and when "pinching & zooming your widgets"  , i've been watching some desire HD reviews and it's a bit smoother than the ARC, i compare them because the HD is almost the same hardware. |
