If you format your card in/with your phone it should delete everything that's on it.
I think you have some copies in your phone's memory. Delete those aswell and restart. That should speed things up.

Mac is not a problem
Give your phone a master reset. that should bring it back to original settings.
You can empty your card on your Mac. delete everything, ignore all warnings.

Or it may be a problem with your memory card. Can it not be formatted? Try using a different memory card after doing a master reset in your phone (or after reflashing it with SEUS if all else fails).

To reset your phone you can do it if you go to menu>settings>general>master reset.

Doesn't your Mac have a case reader?

If the game/program is installed on the phone then it don't help removing it from the memory card.
You have to "uninstall" it.

Open Menu
Select and Open Filemanager
Select and Open Folder for Games
Scroll thru your games and press the C button and then confirm with "Yes" for every game you want to delete.
Do the same with Programs.
