At least he (usually) backs up his opinions with some level headed facts and reasoning. I don't agree with his opinions overall (I still prefer Arc to Atrix, GS2, Optimus2X for MY use) but it's not a bad thing for someone to be reminding us of the other options out there. |

Nothing wrong with pointing out other options and compare specs, but you don't have to insult people and repeat the same negative opinions over and over.

All good points. But what I think is  are playing it super safe, they are releasing so many phones compared to others, yet they all have very similar hardware, obviously to keep costs down, yet maximise profits. I would have actually like to have seen rather invest into one or two really good phones instead.
But what you gonna do? They're not bad phones for sure, but late? I think everyone will agree. |

SO now that the phones have been announced, let's move on to models that are still pending announcement. Like the one with a 16MP cam and xenon flash.

What I don't understand is why is pricing the Arc at the high end segment when it is actually a mid range phone ? Going by speculation the Neo is supposed to be around a 100 Euros cheaper. So if the hardware is mid end why is the price high end ? 
P.S. According to latest info Galaxy S II is 480 Euros SIM FREE and Arc 450. Optimus 2X 470.

Its not my fault if that phone got cancelled. If you know someone who works at SE (someone with good knowledge about all the product development) ask him if there was a phone with TI OMAP4 under development last year or not. You'll know then. |
