These apps are for the N900. I have used them. Very good, especially FCamera which saves in RAW format.

But where do they say that it will be ported to Symbian^3?

It doesn't.... but Knowing how nokia deploys beta stuff and apps, they usually spread it as far across a platform as possible.... and with the N8 being their new top gun shooter at 12mp, Im just making a reasonable guess that S3 is next *IMO*..... hence the "OOOoooo, I can't wait"

Don't hold your breath. The FCam API (used by the HDR and low-light apps) was a concept specific to the N900 Linux phone and its hardware. Porting to Symbian^3 is probably not trivial and will probably take some time if it at all appears.
