Ive sent SE support an e-mail voicing my feelings about their apparant abandonment of Satio users and stating I wont be buying from SE in future because of their lack of customer care and support. |

Hi guys ive just sent a message to SE about the firmware and heres what i wrote:
Hi SE i want to ask when will you release a new firmware?
We are the customers and we want the new release we demend it cause it cant be that a phone will get only 2 updates i mean look at nokias phones they release for every phone like a 100 updates and your phones especialy the satio only a few?
what is this?

Yep, this Satio is gonna be my last SE too. I mean, nice phone, nice specs and features, but way to buggy, slow and unstable (and plastic). I donīt want to hear interruptions every minute or so playing music. None of my other 4 SEīs had this issue. And gps-reliability is just a laugh. Also I need almost 3 batteries for an 8 hour ride (gps + radio/mp3). Itīs not the Symbian system, nor the specs, I like those, itīs the way SE messed them up. Couple of years ago I wouldnīt have dreamt about getting a Nokia, but since I held 5800 in my hands, and checked the specs on X6, I can really  for being too much of an SE-fan. SE just doesnīt deliver on this end of the market.
Bye bye SE, after the summer I can renew my contract. ****

What they are doing right now (not communicating to the community) is very spineless, especially for a media/communications/technology company. |

Typical behaviour. As someone who had the t637 then p910i then the p990i which was a colossal failure I am not going back to until they change their ways and people buy their products and vouch that they have become better.

SE are idiots,thats for sure. To the other people that are disappointed I can hardly recommend to hack their phones and use Rafaat`s Kokoro modification pack,the phone is surely better with it,and is something compared to the SE laziness. And by the way that was my first and last SE phone too  |

Either SE better get their internal communications right or they really don't have any plans for the Satio (which I'm NOT surprised about because they have been very quiet and keeping their tails between their legs on the Satio subject). In which case, SE = complete fail. |

F**K SONY ERICSSON! Seems like i will boycot this company as much as i can. I will advise ALL my friends not to buy SE products as they are fking pigs. I am already getting rid of the FM transmitters, cards, H phones and all shit from this company. F**K YOU AGAIN!
