@Phoner: Is the front panel made of soft touch material, like the battery cover of X10 mini and from where did you get your black X8? |

On Market of course (as everything else). Just search for "live wallpaper".

@Phoner
It looks awesome in black mate,congrats!
Btw..is there any other easier root method than the elaborate one mentioned at xda?
Without app2sd, using the x8 is getting harder.
We'll be getting the next update in Jan I guess. It'll still be based on 2.1 with updates to timescape and the 4 corner UI so that'll be worth waiting for.

@Karun
i agree with you, we really need app2sd, or at least get our 2.2update as early as possible
Timescape @ X8 is not that good as X10, where you can just swipe left to right to view events i hope they will update that

@mhyke, i would recommend getting used to managing contacts directly in gmail. Android is a cloud device and functions differently from traditional mobiles including iOS. Shift the traditional understanding of 'syncing' to the initial master list being Gmail. All updates after that are based on 'last updated'. It takes a while to get used to... But now, I can't imagine going back to the old way of syncing and managing my contacts.
I love the facebook integration, since it keeps contact info up to date on my phone (doesn't mix with original Gmail info) and always pulls the latest photo from my friends profile.
