There is a live chat with SE now on the swedish site "mobil.se".

nicke: kommer det komma någon sorts mer uppdatering för satio , och några nya teman ?

Sony Ericsson: Hej nicke, för nuvarande så planerar vi inte någon mer uppdatering av Satio. mvh Håkan

Basically:

Updates for satio?

-No we are done

If this is true then SE really doesn't deserve to be a viable company.
This news will spread so fast around the globe with the new media and consumers (which SE can't seem to understand) that I hope this will be their last straw that will break the camel's back.

I wonder if this attitude will breng them more profitable Q's.....

If its true they are the most stupid people in the world. Bashitz got an email from SE with satio firmware is being developed. I wont buy another SE phone in my life if this news is true. Stupid idiot MOFOs.

Oh no, just when im convinced that getting a X10 rather than N8, this pops up. Is this how SE are still treating customers who are buying their high end smartphones? Realy disappointing. I hope its not true.

what about the other post in the new satio firmware release topic?... live chat posts... same thing there. And after what update they did for vivaz i doubt that. Video is still tearing.. And to have no auto rotate qwerty/alphanumeric keypad.. very dumb.

uhm... i think there was the M600 or some UIQ phone. It got 1 or 2 updates and that was it. And if they said that they dont have 1 update scheludel... They could have lied about "yes there will be one but dont know sure when" (to keep us happy and waiting and never launch one) intead they played the cards face up "no more".. And i am not satisfied with a R2xxx minor update, i want some new features in this phone.
So conclusion:
1. They man/woman who said this in live support was stupid and didnt even know what planet is she/he living on
2. They said the thruth and they will drop symbian

If is this true and SE not repair software for Satio is this phone my last SE product. I pay 460 € for phone which have terrible software. I must restart phone once a week because phone just stop working. I always have just Ericsson and Sony Ericsson phone, but with Satio, SE realy dissapointed me. I hope SE wake up, because they will lose a lot of costumer. All new phone from SE have old (Android), or unstable version software with a lot of mistakes.

WAKE UP SE !!!!!

.... and sorry about my english.
