Download

- Android SDK
- Xperia X10 USB ADB Drivers : If Needed.

Instructions

- On your Xperia X10, go to Settings -> Aplications -> Development and check the USB Debugging Mode.

- Connect your Xperia X10 with your Computer, Windows should detect new hardware as "Sony Ericsson sa0101 ADB Interface Driver"

- Unzip the Android SDK on the C: & Rename the folder to Android.

- Navigate to the Android SDK Folder on the C: drive and execute SDK Setup.exe and then Click on the Available Packages on the Left Side of the Android SDK and AVD Manager. On the Right Side you would notice Available Packages, just install the two packages that has API 4 at the end. Then Click Install Selected

If you have any problems with the SSL download. Click Settings > Force https://...sources to be fetched using http://...

- Now Go to the Tools Directory of the Android SDK and run ddms.bat, it will launch the Dalvik virtual Machine and you can Take Screenshots

- Once loaded Dalvik Debug Montor

- Click Device > Screen Capture

@AndyD777

Thanks for the detailed instructions.
