"actually, I've ordered something on ebay, but the payment page said, "this card number is already assigned". I do not understand at all. It just keeps saying it. Best advice is to get in touch with paypal ASAP in case its being used fraudulently. perhaps she did setup a paypal account a while back and has simlpy forgotten about it? Yes, I went straight to google and found that too... Best advice is to get in touch with paypal ASAP in case its being used fraudulently. Her classes finish at 1.00pm so I will tell her that too.... perhaps she did setup a paypal account a while back and has simlpy forgotten about it?
