Just wanted to praise the battery of T68i. It is really powerful. I have this mobile phone since last 9 months. And recently it "made" a new record of duration: 267 hours! It is 11 days and 3 hours.

During this 267 hours my mobile phone was never switch off. Yes, I used it seldom, but had it always with me, so it did not stand all this time in the same place.

And the average standby is 7,5 days.

@Aivar:

Mine lasted for about 9 days within the following conditions: no backlight, turned off during the night, a couple of calls and SMS. A personal record

With moderate use, it lasts 5 days, maximum. Intensive use, 3 days.

Undoubtly one of the best phones I've ever had regarding battery life.

Hi, guys! When do you start to charge your T68i? I'll do it, when the phone has so little energy that it switches off. After that I usually let the phone to get new energy during all night, so it makes the average charging time ca 10-12 hours.

And when I finish charging, phone showed that it has standby time ca 330 hours (usually) up to 354 hours (maximum so far). Of course, then it start quickly decrease during first 12 hours.

PS. About talking time: once my phone showed after charging that it has talking time 12 hours 12 minutes! It was one exception (as you know the official rate for T68i talking time is up to 12 hours). Usually my T68i shows after charging that talking time is 5-8 hours.

My T68i lasts ages and I use E-mail over GPRS, a fair amount of texts and I now have a communicam MCA25 and the lil bugger goes for a week or more!! I dont call for that long though probably about 30 mins a week in total.

I think this is quite impressive but it does not match my best ever on my T39m with no usage...left it on and it went for about 2 weeks before needing to recharge...with GPRS on!!

My t68i still outlasts my mate's 70 Brick 50!! (But anything will!!)

Damn that is long. Mine tops 3 days or less. Its a petty that there are people that can have their phone on stand by for a long period of time. It just show how lonley they are not having any people that calls them!/D

i charge my t68i when the battery runs out.

the annoying thing is that it always seems to be about lunchtime when that happens, so i have to lose the use of it for about a day!

My personal best is about 4 days. on my old phone (motorola v50) i once got 3 days with heavy texting

I also am impressed with the T68i battery. I only make a few voice calls a day, but I heavily use GPRS/data services. I get about 3 solid days of use.

It is so much better than my last phone, the Samsung A500. When the A500 battery indicator was at half-way, I knew I only had like 60 more minutes of use. But with the T68i, a half-way battery indicator means I still have a good day and a half of use left.

Mine lasts around 1.5 days with heavy gprs use. I think Ericsson is one of those companies that really lives up to their claims when it comes to battery life and most of their phones. In a way, their brochures and manual are quite true.I had a t20m and with average use and with the fm radio attachd, battery lasted 5 days. Also with my r320s,with just a single bar in the battery indicator and a single battery low warning,i managed to talk 4 30 minutes
