If you do debrand it, just change the product code to the original afterward, that way if they need to reflash it at Voda it will jus reload the Voda fw again, they will never find out.

With NSS (Nemesis Service Suite): http://www.b-phreaks.co.uk/files/NSS/NSS103815.zip (6.95mb)
You do the following:
1.Run NSS.
2. Plug phone into a USB port and select 'pc suite' on phone.
3. In NSS click 'scan for new devices'.
4. Click phone info.
5. Click enable product code and enter the product code you want to use.
6. Click 'write'
7. When complete unplug phone and exit NSS.
8.Now run NSU.

lol I just think i'll leave my phone alone...
Vodafone seriousley don't over log there phones so I don't know why most people
completely rant about that

btw when I upgrade the firmware when I backup the phone via the phone backup
will all the Gavin & Stacey content still be intact?

I don't care if it theres on the phone tbh,
but when Icome to sell it,
then im sure there will be some fans of that show exspecting it tobe on the phone

Well about 4 weeks ago, my X6's left speaker (when in landscape) started to crackle. Not too impressed as it was not quite 3 months old. Sent it to Nokia for repair, and almost 3 weeks on still haven't got my phone back. Was told it must've been lost in transit, though on their repair checker page it stated they have received my handset, in fact that was the status when checked about 4 days after posting. Been told I will get a replacement, so watch this space. Can't believe they managed to loose it though!

Good god how pathetic is that,
when my phones fail I just let the network sort it out for me now!

beforehand i used to travel into Birmingham and use a nokia repair centre down there!
anyway hope you get your shiny new phone soon, maybe they will give you the 32GB model for your trouble

Good news, got a new phone to replace it, only 16gb model though still, not complaining. Just happy it got resolved fairly swiftly.
