Hi all,

Yesterday my X2 refused to open my e-mail and sms.. Does anyone know what's going on? restarting the phone did not do much, and trying to do a backup with Smsimport failed with this errormessage: "Can't connect to MsgStore". Next i tried with SmsExport: This is the error i get now: MAPIlibLogon failed: MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED.

I would not like to do a hardreset, so any ideas an hints are welcome. doing a hard-reset (reinstalling the OS) would suck.. before doing that, i would like to get a copy of my incoming and outgoing sms-messages...

Try deleting the inboxXX folder on your phone and memorycard that solved this issue for me. These folders contain extra information from mail. The xperia support recomended reinstall but that was not needed for me. good luck!

I noticed still one problem.. The widget that shows how many unread messages does not get updated... Did your "delete-folders"-trick re-set this too?
