nice shots bluechip....
the whole composition is good, the colour is sharp and the details clearly can be seen. did you first locked the focus on a particular subject and press the shutter all the way down or did you move a bit before snapping.

That was some good macros, i liked the first one...
Remember, if u use spot metering for macros, u can get accurate exposure for the subject...
also try adjusting the EV....
