Digital Clock Widget gone missing on my phone ... but it does appear on task manager ...

Anyway ... one other thing, I have concluded that the faulty batter was causing "Force Close" errors on my Mini Pro ... The original batter that came with the phone that is ...

When I bought the phone I immediatedly used my w995 battery since everything was fine...while charging the Mini Pro battery ...

Soon after using the mini pro battery i started getting random Force Close errors, I didn't notice the partten at that time ...

I did all kinds of things, updated between 1.6 and 2.1 still no luck ...

Yesterday I updated to 2.1 again ... then I used my T650 battery and not issues, as soon as I started using the Mini Pro battery, I got "Force Close" errors.

I tried again this morning and I got errors ... then reverted back to T650 batter ... and no errors ...

I read these two interesting articles about the BST38 battery ...

http://cpkb.org/wiki/Sonyericsson_BST-38_battery_pinout

And Battery size indicator .... http://cpkb.org/wiki/BSI

It shows that a faulty battery can cause system instability ...

Posted this article in the technical section, lets see what the masses have to say ....

anybody know if its possible to disable hsdpa but still have 3g on the x10 mini? my nokia phones have this option.

click settings, select wireless and network, select mobile networks, select network mode: options are wcdma only, gsm only and gsm/wcdma. i thinks thats it. my xperia mini has the 2.1 android version.

Although with a 320 x 480 res, sounds more like a new X8.

I'm hoping that they make a new Mini Pro with a 640 x 480 hi res 2.5" screen

I have had the same thing twice. The screen has gone black and the phone is “on” but does not respond at all. Both times, I had the ADW Launcher installed and it occurred after starting the phone. The reset button on the back does not work, the only solution is to wait until the battery dies…

Thanks I had the ADW launcher myself. Not using it again. Shipped the phone to service, thought it was something seriously wrong with it
