Pls remove your pic as it doesnt meet the theme. The theme is 'non-colour portrait' and your pic is missing portrait. Pls remove it by yourself.

Nice pic pal. Good creativity. No i dont think gal pictures would fetch more votes than a guy pictures. It all depends on how creative you are in your pic, thats it.

Ok to clear it up for those who are confused.
Non-colour portrait means:
Not in colour
Object is a person/people
The orientation doesn't matter, but portrait orientation is implied.
Correct me if I'm wrong although I'm sure I don't have to invite anyone to do so
