I've had my nokia 6220 classic for just over a year now and its been nothing but problems since day 1. Last month in the cold weather the mirophone stopped working properly and now i have to shout down the phone to be heard. Im just wondering what the correct procedure to claim on the warrenty is, also the case is a bit cracked and is in very poor condition but this is due to nokia making the phone cheap and tacky. Will nokia repair it for free?

0845 045 5555 is Nokia 01480482870 is a number that gets you through to Nokia but I didn't give you that number....

Standard warranty is 2 years from date of purchase, if you don't have a receipt they will go from the date the phone was made,

They will tell you to take it to a NSC (Nokia Service Centre)

http://www.nokia.co.uk/support/repair/repair/warranty will let you know if your phone is in warranty.

http://www.nokia.co.uk/home/find-a-store/store-locator Will find you your local Nokia care point (NSC)

Cut out Nokia and take it straight to your local NSC...

as for hosing, generally not covered under wear and tear but if it's a known fault it'll get sorted...
