Damn, it is ugly! Looks like some old Nokia E something that my cousin has.
Please, somebody, anybody leak the Android QWERTY touchscreen phone.

I was actually waiting for your response! Do you like it because it is WinMo cause it looks so old and unlike SE's design.
On them continuing with WinMo, I am not really surprised as they never said otherwise. It is people like Eldar that sparked the rumours. He is more wrong than right hence I never believe anything from him.

The overall design is fine, but it looks quite big. Plus, (as mentioned before) the huge screen bezel combined with the smallish screen estate and resolution is a no-getter. |

Now correct me if I'm wrong, a lot of these new platforms can in theory support WM and Android? Now if SE would have a slightly different device with android that would be great too.
It does look a bit Nokiaish. But if its cheap and sells, who cares? Although SE should do portrait ala P1. Actually they just need to take a P1 make the screen flush, maybe a slight diet and that's it. Oh and for all I care they can do 3 with 3 different OSes.

Same here. SE dropping WM? What a load of old crap that turned out to be. Ah well, I guess it kept people talking.
As for Faith well its a very purposeful, no-nonsense design. It looks like SE are playing it safe this time around.

The design? Well, I'm the fan of vertical ones,
but P1 looked much better.

I have been begging for such a phone in Android that I'm sure some members think I'm obsessed with the P1. I guess we'll have to wait and see what 'Abelin' looks like. I hope it is prettier than Faith cause I just can't see myself holding Faith close to me.

I wasn't offended at all so no need to apologise.
For a Green Heart its actually very good but I got the impression that this was cancelled. The HTC Trophy is more my type, its got a 3 inch capacitive screen and its properly thin. Faith isn't the phone that I find interesting, that would be the qwerty Android. I can't see any P1 type phone coming, Faith is what you should expect in terms of form factor.
Eldar was not far off when he said that  would ditch WinMo because its still a possibility. The potential flop of X2 would have sealed it but WinMo 7 will probably determine if they drop it or not. They will look to put out something hot like the X1 and hope for the best.
Now that the leaks are coming, I should say that there are a number of Xperia phones. I'm hoping for two of them at MWC and a few in summer. 'Abelin' is one of them. |
