Hmmm... how confusing can it get? Santa_Claus say yes while Badassmam says no on SE testing the 1.3Ghz processor.

Whose information is current and correct?

We all have different sources of information. I never said that I am 100% right!

The device that Win Mob 7 is testing has QSD8650A processor. It is not dual core processor but just 45nm version of the 1Ghz QSD8250 clocked at 30% faster speed.

Reese was good, but there was even better device in the works. Too bad that SE is killing lot of good projects...

Welcome back Santa!

I never knew was testing 1.3Ghz at all, I was told that a lot depends on the X2 selling well. It would make sense because WinMo 7 should be announced at MWC and a lot of companies are already running the OS anyway under tight security. Others are using the dual core Qualcomm processor. As Santa mentioned, a lot of good projects get cut as times are tough which is a shame.

As for the reliability of information, I saw Robyn ages ago. My source has the back part of the case on his desk with a sharpener stuck where the camera hole is. Many weeks later I came to know that it is a phone so an idiot is getting info from another idiot and posting it on this site.

Anyway, I know there are a few Androids to come, the qwerty one is quite appealing. Any info on the next Xperia phone or phones? I think Kurara and Kanna will be Entertainment Unlimited phones. How many are we expecting at MWC, I have three in mind that have not been leaked.

@Santa_Claus and badassmam

Got it! Apologies if it seemed like I was calling any of you liars. I think my last sentence in that post should have cleared everything as I specifically asked who has the most current info. Simply put, it could be that one of you has an earlier information that has changed.

@badassmam

I have been asking you about one phone that would be a dream phone to replace my P1. You say it is appealing which sounds just like what I want. Any info on the specs and more on design?

Thanks!

MSM7227 Chipset (the one used in SE Faith):
The new MSM7227 chipset includes a 600 MHz application processor and also sports a floating point unit. Moreover, a 400 MHz modem processor, 320 MHz application DSP, hardware-accelerated 3D graphics, integrated Bluetooth 2.1 and GPS capabilities, an 8-megapixel camera and 30 fps WVGA video encode / decode and display support are also included.

Best of all, Mobile Station Modem MSM7227 chipset, has been designed to aim at the sub-$150 smartphone area of the market.

You've got to wonder if Sony Ericsson gets upset from all the leaks. Out of all the handset manufacturers, Sony Ericsson has the most leaks by far. Honestly, I think it just ends up damaging their brand.

turn that bezel into a screen and then we have a deal. They have to price this thing pretty competitively to sell. They have the Curve 8520 to go against, which is pretty good little phone and much better looking then this.
