I know, just teasing!
Honestly, this would've been better in Vivaz's size. How much of a difference is this going to be compared to the mini? I still say bad move from SE.
If someone has a problem or for some reason the mini develops a major problem that retailers start warning people about because of high return rates this walkman is going to have a hard time being picked by consumers as it looks similar to the mini which developed issues.
What I'm saying is SE should have moved away from the similar design and completely differentiated this from the mini.
Design plays a role in sales as well and this time around they have missed that part.

Unfortunately, I do not have reasons to think that it is fake. Just add the picture to the information posted in semcblog and it looks genuine to me. BTW it should be anounced in June and released in Q4 2010.

I'm sure they could put all that hardware into a Vivaz body, I doubt people will get such an amazing multimedia experience on that tiny screen. Technically the Vivaz is a competitor for the Nokia 5800 but the Walkman branding would make a big deal on Android. I think that are being retarded, the new iPhone will storm the sales charts again so why not put Android on Vivaz and a fat orange W? Big screens are in, music has always been in and Android is in. Maybe they're stubborn like Nokia, their fans must be thinking why they don't go with Android or WM?
Why not make a Walkman X10 with a worse camera? It could run well with a weaker processor and a cheaper casing etc. Its a no brainer when the X10 is the first phone from in a while to live up to its hype, the sales prove this. The Xperia brand is nothing compared to Walkman, its no wonder Sony want to have more control over the company because suck worse than Andy Murray or even Lampard's penalties. |

Man, if that mini Walkman is THE Android Walkman phone, I'm very disappointed. The main thing I dislike about the minis (so far at least) is the battery life and I can't see a Walkman branded X10 Mini last longer than one without the Walkman brand... too bad.
It's too bad that I've been waiting for an awesome mid end Sony Ericsson music phone for a long time already and it seems like a Nokia budget phone (the X2) will best all of SE's offerings of the past year! (in terms of size, form factor, 3.5 mm jack and awesome battery life, the things I wanted most) And all that at around or below 100 euros! Oh well, guess I'll wait until E3 at least, but otherwise the X2 seems ideal for me. |

I really hope the picture on the previous page is fake... A Walkman-Android phone (in Vivaz's shape) would be a bestseller! The minis are becoming too many. |

Seems a lot of people are disappointed with the phone being a mini. Why am I not surprised?
SE knows how to shoot itself in the foot.

The only way it is a Mini walkman and not a shot in the foot is 8GB of internal memory and the price being just right. Of course don't forget the better accessories.

woot? Strange decisions by SE :S
And what the hell is up with rebranding the same phones, isnt that what got SE in this mess in the first place |

SE's strategy right now is really funny. HTC makes plethora of Android devices with big screens and powerful processors while SE, on the other hand, likes it in miniture form. I guess SE is back from making plenty of mid-end phones. I smell another decrease in market share in the long run. SE has never learned their lesson. |

if it's android, why the phone in the picture on the previous pages only has 1 softkeys instead of 3? |
