None of the reviews I've seen, say anything about using WM600's built-in menu to revoke phone's address book at OLED screen and choose whom to call (like HBH-DS980 could) without using any voice commands.

Does anybody know?
Pre-thanx!

Are these available in Canada?! I cannot find them on the SE store locally for me.

They are not available yet. MCO has them listed in pre-order for just 50 USD That's a very good price if it's true. ETA: 4-6 weeks. I'd say they will be released at the same time X10.

@Saxtus: I'm sure it's possible but haven't found any video showing that specific feature. But as in MR video it shows 4 icons in the menu, one is Contacts and other is Calls, it must be just like in DS980

alexlt I hope you're right!

Btw, the store you're linking say that the Expected Arrival Date is Feb. 18, 2010 right now.
I wonder when it will be released in Europe...

You can only initiate new calls using voice commands. The address book are not viewable on the MW600 display.

Well, that's very sad Laffen Although is not a feature I use everyday, it will be nice to have it on board. So now I wonder what the icons are for, one is for FM radio and other must be settings/connections, but the other two?? Laffen please

I'd still buy them though, I just hope firmware of the headset could be upgraded with the microusb cable

Which icon are you thinking of alexlt?
There are several:
- Bluetooth connection
- Radio connection
- Battery status
- Use as FM Radio
- Pair with phone 1
- Pair with phone 2
- Speak (waiting for voice command)

I mean this icons, it's from Mobile Review and it's clearly a prototype. Maybe icons isn't the proper word, when you press menu key it'll open a menu with four icons, that's what i was refering to.

Laffen, you have a retail version?? I mini review would be nice Or just a few comments about sound quality, battery life ...

I have a review unit. It came without boxing and stuff, but the product is final. The three icons on the photo below are from left to right:
FM Radio, Phone1, phone2, phone3. The three phones are previously paired so it is easy to swith back and forth between them. I haven't found any user manual, so everthing is kind of try and guess.

And yes, it is compatible with P1i

Awesome news Laffen!

If voice dailing works with P1i ... what BT is supported on both?
I LOVE this charges via MicroUSB works just perfect with my BlackBerry Bold 9700 charger (hopefully).

@Laffen, last question is there any confirmation on launch date & locations by region? If I cannot find a wholesale retailer then I'll have to order through SonyStyle but it may not be listed on the Canadian site.

Regarding battery life:

Source 1:
The battery life is listed as 8.5 hours to 11 hours, these numbers seemed to be pretty conservative.

Source2:
Battery life is respectable. We charged it fully once, and haven't managed to drain it over a week with medium usage.

Sounds like it may have a decent battery life.
