No.

The SE UK have only released:

R1FA014 - Baseband 1.0.014
R1FA016 - Baseband 1.0.016

The following are due soon i believe:

Is this the update that we've been promised for bug fixes, battery life and that new fandangled built in app creatouch? I don't think so.

Don't think so either. The blog last week said that update would come in a couple of weeks and not days as this one. But who knows with SE.

The X10 is essentially a computer with a GSM modem attached to it. So there is the Operating System for the computer half of the phone and the Baseband is like the OS for the Modem half.

I hope that helps.

@AndyD777

Is it just wishful thinking then to hope that any improvements in Baseband, may improve the Wifi performance? To be fair this is the only disappointment I have had since debranding to the 016 as per your and LL's guides.. So thanks for your work there. Might it also be where they could implement a fix for BT to instigate vice dialled calls in the Handsfree unit.. Probably just dreaming there eh? Still all increments will be welcome. As 016 feels almost like a new phone in particular screen/keyboard, which is a close call to the HTC imported one and most importantly the call quality.
Thanks again for all of the info and help you have posted on here.
