You need to select 'mount' in the drop down menu - usb icon at top of the screen. Then all foders should appear on pc |

Yes, I select - mount from usb notification - no luck.
However, I donot know how to unmount when I disconnect. I just disconnect from PC first and turn off usb from X1o later. |

@glorfingal - when I connect my phone to computer, I do not see in folder in system.
G:\\system folder only. I do not know where is the PIM folder.. Please guide.
you may need to create it first ..... try this .... create a junk contact (anything will do),
the do menu, more, backup contacts. this will create a PIM folder (if it wasn't there before)
and a file called PIM0001.vcf. create your "exported" contacts vcf file, call it PIM0002.VCF
and copy it over. the import routines should spot both 0001 and 0002 - just select 0002 and import away
I reject your reality and substitute my own. |

Not sure if this has been discussed already, I've lost track with this thread due to being away from home.
I've noticed my UK Orange branded x10i has a sms limit of 3 texts before it reverts to a mms message.
Is this the same for everyone else?
Is there anyway to increase this limit? |

I've never done research on whether it can be increased but i highly doubt it. I've had 2 previous Android devices (G1/Magic, Cliq/Dext) and they've all had the same limit. |

Thanks Bankai
This is my first android phone so had no previous experience. my C905 had a 5 sms limit so wondered if the 3 limit on the x10 was part of Orange's branding. They are offering 50 free mms messages per month with their tarriffs now and it would make sense for them to reduce the consecutive txt limit to 3 in order to promote the use of this offer.
3 sms' is shit, esp considering how much text these smartphones can display at one time, compared to oher handsets. |

.... no that I hate my x10 by the way! still rockin this baby with PRIDE and a SMILE everytime i use it
... just another potential tweak for a firmware update maybe.
Maybe 3 is plenty for alot of people, I just dont see the purpose of a limit. |
