so finally i did it instead finding....
i was searching Xperia handsfree MH700 handsfree to support handsfree profile in w995.but sadly i couldn't get the handsfree in stores so i decided to give a try. first i tried nokia 5310 handsfree luckly it was working but the volume was low. so i went mobile spares shop and got a quality nokia N82 handsfree which 3.5mm jack has 4 points. and opened the MIC switch part ditched all those connection and took a old mic part of SE hpm65 and connected as below and working perfectly. if anyone want it just try

here we go.... connections..

i hope it'll definitely help lots of people.. enjoy.
