don't think so. the c905 doesn't have a walkman player but a media player.

AFAIK It work for all db3150, db3120 may be have little differnt inside .xml file 
It should work For all db3150 the different just at walkman icon that not shown in non-walkman phone.
For changing the media background, just using "A2 MEDIA SKINNER" search it at se-nse or google it

@victorh017: Looks like it doesn't work properly in C905. The EQ, Shuff, & Loop are not in the same line, and the spaces are not equal. I'm sorry coz I don't have other A2 to test.
Want: I'm thinking about taking out some texts and make even bigger album artist, or full screen? hide battery part. Simply layout like Nokia EM. May it's not a good idea.

@kk_gage: Yeah, I noticed that those lines were a little off, but honestly I don't mind. I love the bigger cover art and the fact that the stupid circle is no longer there, so all in all I'm really happy with it.
Anyway, I see that you posted a new version. I'm gonna try that one out and I'll let you know how it goes...
