So it has to be at both? Because ip (internet protocol) and proxy are two different things?

put back the ip that you have changed, you only have to edit the proxy setting. |

If you cant browse it, then that problem must be solved first, in order to get a trick working. |

Ok so when using the vlive internet profile with the default proxy of 196.006.128.012 at port 8080 I can browse live.vodafone.com for free. The apn can be internet or vlive. But when using the proxy 200.65.129.1 on port 80 it says communication error in my built in browser. Ive tried most of the proxies on this topic and none work. |

om2.06 server
live.vodafone.com@server.operamini.com:80
for om4.2 server

I think u guyz should jus delete ALL ur internet settings and start again from scratch. To get new settings for ur vodacom fone simply dial *111# & select option 5. From dat menu select option 2 for 'WAP SETTINGS'. Once u've received de settings, save them and set them as default. Switch ur fone off 4 5mins & den ON again. Make sure u hav at least R1.00/2mb bal on ur acc & den go to > live.vodafone.com on ur fone's web browser. If ure still unable browse vlive for free den u must consider inserting ur SIM card in anotha vodafone capable fone & trying da trick there. Ka-boom!!

If u have a freesite then you can browse free on 4.2 and 2.06 make sure you follow the trick as close as possible using the original apn, proxy and port. |

Ok I got the new settings (its actually *111#) and I can now browse the live.vodafone.com website for free. So whats next?

Hola Badi! R u using a vodafone capable fone as well. I'm tryin 2 figure if there's any1 browsing 4 free using a normal fone.
