Missing content on K850 after master reset (was: K850i help please) |

Hello,
I have a k850i, and I pressed master reset for some reason or the other. Unfortunately some themes, pictures and the demo video got deleted during the reset. Under entertainment, I cannot click demo tour. How do I get that stuff back?

Also, how do I remove that icon on the top of the screen that says 'line 1'.
It came all of a sudden.

Missing stuff is past of the deal with master reset and firmware update too. Most things can be found at SE's site, or try Topsony. Line1 ? Do you have multiple callings enabled?

I read on this forum, that someone updated the firmware on seus and the content was restored.
But I have the latest firmware. So what do I do?
Also, how do I disable multiple calling? Thank you for your help kind sir. |

You can reinstall the latest firmware via SEUS. Its simple.
