Most months I've seen this thread usually getting most activity towards the end of the month. Seems people hesitating and waiting to see what photos others are posting.

din jäkel....har du N86an....jäkla tur-gubbe...........enda Nokia lur jag skulle kunna tänka mig. grym kamera där.
nåväl....jag får trösta mig i min nya DELL studio xps 16" med RGBLED skärm, alltid något

its the only Nokia phone i would lay my hands on....really nice phone, + good build quality, (good build quality must be something new for Nokia...he he)

N86 with its wide angle lens is the best phone camera out there.......and will be quite a time...........very good quality.

Well it´s quite nice but some glitches i have found. I can never be completely happy it seems.

I got dust below the screen glass after 2-3 days of normal use. Im extremely careful with my phones and i have just kept it in my pocket like all other phones i have own before. Quite annoying. My father also bought one and when we updated his via Nokias update program the phone just died So he had to send it in for around 3 weeks. Quite horrifiying to buy a brand new expensive phone and then have to ship it away for repairs immediately

Photowise it´s Nokias "regular" hard compression of the pics. Grass and trees looks awful but in small size the pics looks quite nice. Nokia also boosts them up a little so you get a "ready for use" pic straight from the phone. I think they prior those users that dont want to edit pics in pc later on. It´s the same as N82 and others.

It´s easy to see this "problem" because the pics usually only get around 1-2 mb and thats very little for a 8mp cam. Hope it will improve in future firmware updates.

N86 is the champ indoor and lowlight....otherwise i love my C902 and think its "good" enough..........

like ive been saying many times.....use a sock, keeps the phone in much better shape, (especially from dust).

sounds maybe odd, but my C902 (bought it 15 months ago) looks & feels EXACTLY like it did the very first day. (i know its matter of extreme build quality, but also of the sock

use this Ipod socks, fits perfect and you can wash them hundreds of times

Ahh, rubbish! I have owned around 200 phones and none of them have had this kind of problem. I can buy that you could use a sock for keeping it free from scratches but for normal use i shouldn´t need any ugly sock for my expensive phone. A phone today shall manage this and if i with my very clean pockets (who i turn inside out almost every day just to be sure) have this problem ALOT of other would. I think you can get small fibre particles from a sock too. And it would be a pain in the ar.. to have to fiddle out the phone from a sock every time you just want to see if you have a missed call or something

NO i don´t buy that. It is a manufacture fault. The dust find its way in through the openings in the slide-mechanism on the back i guess. Ofcourse i will get this fixed but then i have to be without phone for around 3 weeks and thats not fun. I rather live with them for a while

N86 isn´t that good for partypics and dark conditions as people might think. You need a xenon flash for this and the n82 outperforms the n86 here. You can get amazing pics of scenery that doesent move. People move so a long exposure time get them very blurred out. So it kind of sucks on this area It shines though on pics without flash and objects that doesent move. Here i have got some of the nicest indoors i have seen from a mobile. Also in very strong sunlight it performs really well. Guess it has to do with the variable aperture.

Otherwise it´s an amazing phone who i think is very nice to use.

***Sorry all for the major Off Topic with my post..

Really cool pic Larry 68, nice "feel" in that scenery
