incoming port: 21
mailbox: ******.freeserve.co.uk <-- this is everything after the @

re: nsingleton

thanx for the o2 settings but didn't work. Outlook says password rejected by server but I can log on to o2 site with same and no problem so I know username and password correct.

Any other ideas???

I would be interested to know if anyone else has same problems.

Does anybody know if o2.co.uk website email discontinued as screen goes blank for me after logged on and choose email.

Thanx

O2 mail is still working, I have 2 mail accounts that I use daily. I access them via a Sony Clie and never have a problem. The settings I gave you came from an email I got from O2 Data Support so I don't know whats wrong there. I have just accessed both of my mail accounts via the website. It's a bit slow but worked ok.
