YOURWAP! POP3
I got this mail the other day ive tested it and it works with one problem it gets all ur mail even the ones in other folders except for outgoing!
ATTENTION! With the activation of the new functions (on Thursday, January the 23rd)
our service will be unavailable between approx. 6:00 and 8:00 am.
After that it will be available again with all new functions and capabilities.
A. POP3 Access to YOURWAP.com
When using an external mail client (e.g. MS Outlook) to retrieve e-mail
from your account, you will have to change the settings for server login.
Instead of the account name/login: yourname - as used in the past - you
will now have to enter account name/login: yourname@yourwap.com.
As soon as the new functions have been activated you will find relevant
information in the Info Center after logging into the service,
and further information on our website.

@mickey,
here's the settings for your 7650:
go to Messaging--Mailbox icon--Options--Settings--E-mail--Mailbox--New Mailbox
Mailbox Name: hotmail
Access point in use: myGlobe
My Mail Adress: (username)@hotmail.com
Outgoing Server: 195.137.042.007
Send Message: immediately
Send copy to self: Yes
Include Signature: No
Userename: (username)@hotmail.com
Passweord: XXXX
Incoming Server: 195.137.042.007
Mailbox Type: POP3
Security: off
Retrieve Attachments: Yes
then go back to the Message Menu--Mailbox Icon--Mailbox in Use--select your Hotmail mailbox
*sometimes the server is down as this setting is a way around Hotmail, the real POP3 for Hotmail is HOTPOP.com, which unfotunately is different from Hotmail which requires a different registration...
--------------
for the link you requested, try this:
http://www.krisbrown.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/t68/cindex.wml#first
this will take you to the BIGJOBS wapsite, here you will find wallpapers and stuff for your 7650, go to the links section and you will find around 3 links for free java applications/games/etc for you.
--------------
*you cannot PM from your mobile, even the t68 does,nt have that function, you have to log-in here at Esato to be able to do that.
Hope the settings I posted above would help. May I suggest that you try other E-mail servers such as SoftHome.net for your E-mail using your mobile as a lot of the members have been using softhome because of their fast service *and* no SPAM policy, they block them out.
Strength and Honour!!!

For T-Mobile in the US you need your APN to be set to internet3.voicestream.com
This is something you need to request for an additional fee.
I have found that you can NOT use your WAP data account.
I have two separate Data Accounts set up on the phone. One for WAP and one for Data. You use the Data APN for the POP3 mail set up.
Apart from that, you set it up as described on the several other posts using your mail server name. You can spell it out like mail.mailserver.com or whatever name is used for your mail server.
Note that not ALL free mail accounts allow POP3 access unless you pay for it. (I know that ATTBI does not allow POP3 access if you have their Cable Modem service.)

For UK Telewest broadband users:>>>
If you get/have gprs, you can usually get away with keeping your existing gprs data account by adding new e-mail accounts to connect via that profile - if not set-up a copy data account & name it something else.
then goto messages >> email the edit add new account:
connect using - blueyonder grps data account (or whatever data account you want - useaully needs an internet APN - a wap APN won't work >>
protocol - pop3 >>
inc server - pop3.blueyonder.co.uk >>
port - 110 >>
mailbox - my mail user name >>
password - my mail password >>
outgoing server - smtp.blueyonder.co.uk >>
port - 25 >>
address - me/you/us/them@blueyonder.co.uk >>
download - headers only or both >>
from name - thats easy >>
no signature >>
copy outgoing - nope >>
check interval - I have this switch off - or T68 will dial/connect every now & then & my network charge me for the pleasure.
BUT...The other thing with blueyonder is you have mailboxes, & profiles with-in these mail boxes - you will need to set-up a new mailbox & add a new profile solely for mobile pop3 use - the T68 wont download e-mails if you have say 2 or 3 aliases under the same mailbox
Plus it only seems to connect to the server if you have any new e-mails? Thats what Ive found so far anyway - their help pages aren't to brilliant. If I find out more or anything is wrong I'll be back to edit the post
