Maybe ur om4.1 is corupt. try to find another one. better if it is om 4.2. And make it sure that ur cp is capable of J2ME file.

If you've been trying to install the signed version, then may have to try an unsigned version. |

from what country are you?
i think the error is all about application access...
StevenC is right..signed and unsigned version problem.. 
or...
maybe because 5300 is designed mainly for music and not for apps..
