be interesting to see apples take on it how they feel about it. esp when carrier renewals come around or maybe the decision has already been taken hence o2 bringin this on board now |

its not about affording something its about the value you attach to something ie you maybe able to buy a porsche but only drive to the shops every day so you dont wish to spend that much on a car doesnt mean you cant afford it just your not willing to pay that much for something u have a lower need for |

I know O2 only want whats best for them and their customers and they are in competition with other networks. But i generally feel that this iphone and Palm exclusives just being with one network is not really fair on people who dont want to be with O2. And seems to me quite boring now on one network. Be nice to see something refreshing like something from Apple on Vodafone or Orange. Oh well.

At the end of the day its the phone maker's who decide who they want to give the exclusive to. |

Thats not really true is it, the network and the manufacturer who decided what is the best for both parties. Oh and money talks.
Which is why o2 haven't taken the n97, due to them have spent most of the hardware budget on the iPhone and Pre.
