Michael Jackson 'in LA hospital'
Pop star Michael Jackson has been taken to a Los Angeles medical centre, US media say.
Local broadcaster KABC has said the 50-year-old singer was taken by ambulance to the UCLA Medical Center.
The Los Angeles Times has reported he was not breathing when fire department paramedics arrived at his home.
The paramedics performed CPR and took him to the medical centre, the newspaper says. Officials would not confirm if the CPR was successful.

I always thought he was dead fit, what with him dancing all the time. Although he is/was 50 years of old. How old is Madonna? She's about 50 and she is still dancing (unfortunately).
Newswire is saying he's in a coma now.

Reuters have now confirmed that Michael Jackson has indeed died.

Bless him he had a good heart really even though he was a bit strange and perhaps largely misunderstood. I think he has had alot of stress lately and since the child abuse case its probably affected him badly. Being honest though i was never a fan of his music but he is no doubt talented.

I was a fan of his early music solo and with the jackson 5, But as soon as he started his plastic surgery and skin bleaching i lost interest.

Cant wait till I can get on sickipedia, normally the database latency is ok at this time. Early evening you get the error page and approx "700 of you are looking at this page" atm the figure is over 5000!
