i do have the settings from my provider,,, but still dun know the ip add, dns, can someone send me settings,,,im using se w580i,, and using smart,,, please help me |

where do you live and what is your network service provider...
also mention the plan you have , ie internet plan for your phone...

im from the philippines,,, and my provider is smart,,, they send me a setting for my w580i,,, but still dun have the i.p. address and the DNS,,, can u please help me

The IP address and DNS is not required because they give you an IP automatically. |

i dont think they require a dns addres...
dont the network have a helpline number????
or you can goto se site and search for network settings there...
they will send you settings for free, if your network is supported..
got mine from india from the site...
you enter your mobile number, they send verification code, then sedn settings...

do have a load? at least 2php,
try to switch off ur cp make sure ur time and date are correct set
