It's battery powered. Should come with the usual sony ericsson charger and some even had a wired or bluetooth handfree with them for taking private calls.
How is this one aby ? My Sony bluetooth headunit has an awful mic so i'm starting to look at alternatives.

This one works quite well to be honest,
i've only tried it with phones but it should work with all bluetooth phones,
