Erm. open the phone browser, head to mini.opera.com and click on the download link.
If that is not possible. Go to operamini.com on your PC browser and select download. select your phone from the dropdown menu and download it. Transfer the file to your PC (via bluetooth/cable) and that should do it. I guess this is what you wanted to know. If you are looking for something specific, please elaborate.
