if im not mistaken, you cant modify the phone. it is not compatible with none of the free programs available.

i found some video in youtube and there are ppl who manage to change the menu and the walkman skin |

you can use FAR+JDFlasher and use the pnx5230/CID53 scripts
i have modded my own w350 |
