Bluetooth K700i problem |

Previously there was no problem when I used bluetooth from my K700i to transfer pictures to my pc. Recently when I tried to transfer again (many times), it's said that bt connection failed and in my pc stated that an address incompatible with the requested protocol was used. Can anyone help me about this? Btw, I have usb cable DC-11, can I use this cable to transfer the picture to my pc? I'm new using this cable. Thanks. |

I have already installed the software that I've got from the usb cable to my pc but I still cannot use it (transfer the file) yet.
I don't use bt dongle as my pc (laptop) comes with its own bt . Can I transfer the file only using usb cable or do I also need to use bt dongle to do it? Thanks for any help! |
