Hello everyone,

As you may know the new sms chat feature is available on the latest R1DA032 C905 firmware.
Since SE doesn't create specific main firmware for each model, this functionality is implemented on all R1DAxxx

To enable it create a customize_upgrade.xml and inside past the code below:
you have to change the info according to your model, copy the section from your already existing customize.xml

Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<customization>
<info>

<pcr-created>2008-09-29T05:04:22</pcr-created>
<created-by>piflechien</created-by>
<pcr-id>11378</pcr-id>
<pcr-revision>2</pcr-revision>
<cda-number>YOUR CDA</cda-number>
<cda-revision>R2A</cda-revision>
<model>YOUR MODEL</model>
<country>Germany</country>
<operator>Customized</operator>
</info>

<msg-unified>
<settings reg-path="/apps/msg/unified-settings">

<editor-mode type="str">unified</editor-mode>
<settings-mode type="str">unified</settings-mode>
<limited-number-of-recipients>20</limited-number-of-recipients>
<limited-short-messages>10</limited-short-messages>
<email-address-mms-trigger>true</email-address-mms-trigger>
<validity-period-mms-trigger>false</validity-period-mms-trigger>
<delivery-report-mms-trigger>false</delivery-report-mms-trigger>
<service-centre-visibility type="str">visible</service-centre-visibility>

<conversations>
<enabled>true</enabled>
<is-preferred>false</is-preferred>
<fontsize>1</fontsize>
</conversations>

</settings>
</msg-unified>
<unified-messaging>
<settings reg-path="/apps/msg/unified-settings">
<editor-mode type="str">unified</editor-mode>
<limited-number-of-recipients>999</limited-number-of-recipients>
<limited-short-messages>10</limited-short-messages>
<email-address-mms-trigger>false</email-address-mms-trigger>
<validity-period-mms-trigger>false</validity-period-mms-trigger>
<delivery-report-mms-trigger>false</delivery-report-mms-trigger>
</settings>
</unified-messaging>
</registry>
</customization>

copy the file in tpa/preset/custom
start the phone, then reboot. (Yes start it twice), et voila

No it only works on DB3210,
it's not implemented on DB3150 firwmare.
So it won't work on K850/W910/C902/C702/W902/W890, etc ...

you have to create the "customize_upgrade.xml" file, it doesn't exist in your phone.
but you can copy the content of the "info" tag from you customize.xml file wich exist on your phone
