My dreams about new driver since last two months are not become true yet.

I got my second C905 and I see the photos are slightly better from photos taken with my first C905.

firmware version are same ( maybe there's slightly changes which I cannot see ) It's a firmware R1BA042.

I'm trying to get camera features to it's best quaility.

FIRST THING WHICH BOTHERS ME :

There's no ISO setting at all. ( iso priority )

SECOND THING

I would like to know which shutter speed and ISO will be add to pic before I shoot it.

Pics with high ISO ( I have ISO 800 on one pic )
is highly level of noise.

Picture size

On EXIF you actually can see the image size before processing was about 22 MB.....

Can we trough driver reduce it a little bit ? Shall we then get better results with lower noise level ?

FURTHER,

Noise on C905 pics looks like SMALL DOTS OF YELLOW TINT .

Some of them are bigger, and some are smaller.

COLORS

Shadows and highlights are distroyed with ISO higher then 100

when the pic is in roomlight, or dark perhaps.

FURTHER

There's no Image with only DARK solution, U have Landscape, and Portrait.

Landscape have no focusing, and the Portraite have no macro, and u must watch facerecognition window which appears on screen.

Sharpness

I believe then can be better than that.

I would like to someone who actually can calibrating Focusing, do such a thing with some kind of metric metod.

Could someone make even one of these things ?

THANK YOU

What your demanding is mostly silly to begin with, you want manual iso (possible but would require a fair amount of work) you want the iso & shutter speed displayed on the screen (impossible) , pics close to 22mb ( about 4mb is the limit), no noise (impossible) , increased good dymanic range (impossible) , good low light mode (possible but low light permance will never be good) , manual focus (possible but very difficult to do).

Just buy a digicam, the c905 is kind of a lost cause anyway it can't even make a good daylight photo so there no hope.

First of all i recommend you to upgrade your phone to the R1DA032 Firmware with camdriver 2.7. I find the pictures are a bit better with the new firmware and camdriver.

I have made some tests with lower ISO settings in the C905 camdriver for flash-pictures (ISO 64 and 100 instead of 200) but the noise-level was nearly the same.

Even my Canon IXUS80 which have 8mp same as C905 can only go up to 7mb(as far as i can see). The truth is C905 is JUST A PHONE that have quite good camera at the back, but i think its not good enough for yours DREAMING C905.

Your answers are quite the same ....If someone has enforce to make good driver for all mobiles before the C905

why would be C905 be exception ...

I install the new firmware already, and it's camdriver version 2.7

don't know is it better ... Some guy from here said the 2.4 bis better to him.

The C905 can't even make decent daylight pics, so it's a bit of a lost cause modding the driver is also a bit of a waste of time as theres not really any big improvments that can be made.

all that words I heard several times before two months.

Now, I can see improvements in my pics taken with new phone.

So, I don't believe you when You're saying stuffs like that... "Can't be, can't be"

Sure it can.... This mobile will be very popular soon, cause the price make him available.

I'm sure that new firmwares and drivers could much improve quality.

I can tell you this. Since I make pics with this new one C905,

these pics has 50 % less noise in yellow dots. It's true.

Hi,

I updated my C905 an now I have 2.7 camdriver (it was 2.4 before). Pictures are better. (friend of mine have C905 with camdriver 2.4 and pictures are better then on my phone even now)

About ISO. On K850i you can manually change ISO settings. I really do not know why I can't do it on my C905.???
Pictures taken in daylight without flash are great, but with flash there are som dark-yellow strange dots, here and there
And I must say that some pictures are better on K850i then on C905, at least colors are better and there is no dark-yellow parts. Strange?

Yes a currectly tweaked driver would improve the quality but not by a huge amount, pics would still be over processed and have that supressed noise effect, in the sony drivers there is nothing for noise reduction in them, where as most phone cams can make good daylight photos at there lower iso's with the C905 iso64 looks just as bad as iso400 hardly much difference, so even decreasing the iso wouldn't have much effect.

yes, that's all correct but IMPROVEMENTS are POSSIBLE.

I can see the diffrence between shots of 100 or 400 ISO.

It's not as you say quite a same. It's much more noise with higher ISO,

and you can see that.

Well that's a problem with mobilephones. Even if You have same model there is still difference between two phones. My friend did not updated yet but she can take better pictures with 2.4 camdriver than I can take with 2.7 driver. On MY phone camdriver 2.7 is better

(I am talking with expirience of three K850i and two C905, noticable difference between all phones, and I mean same models, if you have some friend with c905 take some pictures with her phone and with your and you will se the difference.... so drivers... yeah right.....)
