hello there ive had my c905 since december 2008 and had nothin but problems with it.

I received it back today from repair (for the 2nd time) and now my message inbox has gone to be replaced by "conversations" which is the new conversational style SMS's which I dont like...is it possible for me to change this back to the usual Inbox and messages?

that sounds interesting!

Could you tell us what version of the firmware you are running..

Menu -> Settings -> Update Service -> Software Version

Mines R1BA034.

As for changing the style back to the old way, starting a new message and then 'Options -> Writing Options' ?

Not sure myself as I dont have this updated software I think you have been given.

Can you tell me if there are different editors for MMS and SMS in your firmware?? Coz i heard that C905 uses the same editor for either of them. But in India its the same as the K850. Seperate.

I had an Orange branded C905 and I debranded it and now I have the exact same firmware as you but I still have the proper message list rather than chat.
Very strange indeed.
