This tariff normally cost £30 so I got 50% off.
How did you get unlimited web on a £30 p/m tariff, they so far have only been telling me that to get web I need to initially be on a £35 p/m+ tarrif in which they'll boost my texts and give me £15 p/m off?
Sorry Dupfold, getting desperate now as I was going to ring them tomorrow latest to upgrade. |

I'd be surprised if it was only 250mb.

Ok, to clear this up, that is complete bollocks, just because one person has mis-informed you doesn't nessecarily make it fact.
I have asked o2 themselves, and search online and you will NOT find a 3GB mobile Browsing limit. it is 200mb like number1 said
Maybe you have the pen which is Mobile Internet which u can pay £15 per month for 3gb usage?
Please dont try to inform other people false information.
Call o2 themselves on
08705 678 678 (pay and go)
or
0870 241 0202 (pay monthly)
now BT have them free it shouldnt cost u a penny |

Don't you dare start playing that card with me, I work for the damm company and have been dealing with mobile tariffs for 7 years now, and I know what's correct and what's not.
Believe what you f-ing well want, I'm just here to tell the truth, clearly some people don't really care about that and want to listen to fiction instead. Good to know I'm talking to a brick wall....

I appologize if I was a bit prickly last night, we all have bad moods.
But you're really not helping are you? Do you work for ANY of the networks or phone retailers? Have you ever worked for one of them? Have you ever worked in ANY part of the mobile phone industry? If not, just butt out and listen to someone who does, rather than nessecarily believe something from an under-trained call centre employee.

sorry dupfold but i have stolen what o2 sent you because it corrisponds to what i have said.
He recieved an email off o2 saying
"The O2 Web Bolt On can only be used for web browsing on your phone and a fair use policy applies. You can access unlimited Internet on your phone. However, your monthly data limit is 250MB.
But if your usage exceeds that of other users, which is normally expected to be below 200MB a month, you'll be charged standard rates for additional browsing. We'll send you a warning text message advising you to limit your usage before this happens, and a text message to let you know when you're being charged."
Im sorry but it just isnt 3gb
should i get the warning text by downloading excessively on the laptop? I am slightly tempted |

Yes, you would, and no, it's not nice 250MB for the last time you smart alec shit!
Sorry, had a very shitty day and I don't need whining whinge bags like you nice it up further.
On contract, unlimited is unlimited. On Pay as you go, it's not, it's 250MB. The e-mail you've got there relates to pay as you go.
