The P800 specifically does NOT accept the new Memorystick Pro or Memorystick Select as :
MemoryStick Pro is
- based on the existing MemoryStick size (twice the size of the Duo slot in the p800)
- has twice the connectors the existing MemoryStick has (making it incompatible with every existing MemoryStick device except the Sony DSC-F717 digital camera)
MemoryStick Select is
- based on the existing MemoryStick size (twice the size of the Duo slot in the p800)
.....so, sadly, we still have to wait for the bigger MemoryStick Duo sticks, which will probably only ever be max 128MB...

Yesterday I ordered the 64MB duo and the Sony Ericsson tech person indicated that they are already working on the 1K stick and should be out at the end of April.
Can we beleive them, maybe

i think with shipping it was 70 dollars |
